Returns & Refunds Policy

At Brundaavana Silks, each saree is carefully selected and quality-checked before dispatch. We accept returns only under specific conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility & Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product, subject to approval.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Item received is damaged

  • Wrong item received

  • Quality issue or product not as described

All return requests must be supported with clear images or videos of the issue.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return:

  • The saree must be unused, unworn, unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact

  • The product must be returned in original packaging

  • Any signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations will make the return ineligible

Return Process & Pickup

within 7 days of delivery.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address through our logistics partner. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted products (including “Last Chance” collections)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Products returned without original tags or packaging

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If your return is approved, you may place a fresh order separately.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days

  • Bank processing times may vary

International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, return eligibility may vary based on destination and courier limitations. Please contact us before initiating a return.
